Clifford Lockwood Jr.

December 4, 1945 - November 5, 2017

Clifford Lockwood Jr., 71, of Wendel, died unexpectedly Sunday November 5, 2017. He was born December 4, 1945 in Erie, a son of Clifford Hyram and Rose (Nieznany) Lockwood and was also preceded in death by his daughter Lisa Lockwood. He was an employee of United Road, Detroit, MI, and drove truck for forty five years. He loved riding his Harleys with friends and family, was a member the Harley Owners Group, liked to fish, but mostly liked to work. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam conflict. Surviving are his son Mark Lockwood and his wife Brandy and their daughter Kelsey with whom he resided; grandchildren Randi Harris, Jacki (Kevin) Duong, Ryan Kalp, Kylie (Rev. Donnie) Immel, and Kelsey Lockwood; great grandchildren Wesley, Max, and Kaedence; siblings Victor (Rita) Lockwood of AZ, Marian (Johnny) Kopta and Richard (Beverly) Lockwood both of Hadley, Ronald (Doris) Lockwood of Cochranton, and Ron (Ardele) Lockwood of Verona, VA; nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; and his longtime best friend and partner D.J. Lacombe. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday with his grand son in law, Rev. Donnie Immel, officiating. Military honors will be performed at the funeral home following the service. A memorial motorcycle ride will follow.
